We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

CURRENCY
Though all pattern prices are shown are in Indian Rupees (INR), you can purchase patterns in your own currency; the conversion is completed automatically at the checkout. You can use the currency converter to view prices in your native currency. Note that currency exchange rates are not static.

DELIVERY
All digital patterns are sold as PDF (portable document format) files, so it's compatible with all devices and operating systems. The digital patterns purchased via the Apoorva Designs website are automatically delivered as soon as payment is cleared. You'll get a download link to the email address that you used to purchase the items with details of how to download and access your purchase shortly after the payment is completed. You're advised to check your spam folder before contacting us regarding undelivered patterns.

GUARANTEE
All Apoorva Designs paid patterns go through technical editing and pattern testing to ensure that you receive an error-free pattern. However, if you do find errors, you'll receive an update with corrections, free of charge.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be guaranteed. To help prevent unwanted purchases, please read through the information provided on the pattern pages. If you have any concerns about your purchase, you can always contact us at contact@apoorvadesigns.com or the support page on the website. When you get in touch to request a refund, please be sure to provide the following information: Your name, Date of purchase, Date of refund request, Item purchased, and the email address with which you made the purchase. Thank you for your understanding. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

For any help with Apoorva Designs paid patterns, please contact us at contact@apoorvadesigns.com or via the support page on the website. Pattern support is not available for free patterns.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Unless otherwise stated the copyright to all works, including patterns, photography, and layout (in all formats) belongs to Apoorva Designs. This means that no part of the work may be distributed, shared or stored (with the exemption of a personal back-up) without the permission of the copyright holder.

 

LICENSING
When you purchase an Apoorva Designs pattern, you're purchasing a license to use the instructions to recreate the design or parts of the design, not the rights to the pattern instructions, layout, design photographs, or the design itself. Each pattern purchase carries with it a license that permits you to use the instructions for personal or charity use, to sell finished items in limited quantity, to use the finished item or photos commercially to promote further sales of the pattern and/or yarn; to teach from the pattern (you must purchase one copy per student), but you cannot convert, use, or make the pattern for mass production. Credit must be given to Apoorva Designs in all circumstances, and a link provided back to this website where possible. This license clause also covers my free patterns. 

 

LEGAL
By downloading a digital pattern, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and to the copyright and licensing terms that are attached to them. Each pattern and its contents are fully covered by country and local government copyright law, regardless of where you live or where the pattern was downloaded.
